When would you like to stay?

Chalet Presseggersee can accommodate groups of up to 10 people and is available for booking year-round. We believe in transparency: our rates therefore always include the most important basic amenities, so your vacation begins the moment you arrive.

Please note: During peak season (winter and summer), we require a minimum stay of 7 nights (check-in on Saturday). During the off-season, shorter stays (starting at 3 nights) are possible by arrangement.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You are welcome to check in from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the chalet by 10:00 AM at the latest, so that our cleaning crew can restore it to perfect condition for the next guests.

What about the deposit and payment?

Once the reservation has been confirmed, we require a 30% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. The security deposit is €500 and will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure (after inspection).

Are pets or smoking allowed?

To ensure the high-end quality and hygiene of our chalet, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Pets are [allowed/not allowed] [if allowed: by arrangement for a small additional fee].

What are the cancellation policies?

We have flexible yet clear cancellation policies. If you cancel up to 6 weeks before arrival, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel within 6 weeks of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%. We recommend that you always purchase comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
